PRIORITIES.
Recently I had to take a hard look at my life and make sure I had my priorities in order. It helps to do that every now and then, lest they start to drift. My priorities are theses..#1 God first. Now some may say that just because they go to church a couple times a week and perhaps drop some change in the bucket, they have Him first. But I mean God first in EVERYTHING. It has been my experience that anything I put before God, I will lose anyway. Read that again, and again. Family? Job? Car? Kids? All temporary unless God is first in your (my) life. Will go into my other priorities at later time. EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON PUTTING GOD FIRST. Would love to hear your comments on this Lesson. Thank you for reading this. Feel free to share and comment. Lessons from the Owners Manual # 175 Why call Me Lord, Lord, and not do the things I command of you. That's pretty clear, why do we call Him Lord, if we are not doing what we are told to do. Things like feed the hungry, help the poor, treat the wounded and sick, and all the other things we are supposed to do. What about the things we DO that we ARE NOT supposed to do? What if we don't smile back when someone smiles at us? Just a friendly wave can change a person's day. What other things can we do to gain favor in His eyes? Would really like to hear what you think about this question. What are some things we all can do, to serve our Lord? Let me here from you, what are your ideas and plans?
